Terms and Conditions

General Conditions

  1. All payments must be made to the CFP before the start of the course.
  2. All payments made to the CFP are non refundable once the student enrols in the course.
  3. Each group class requires a minimum number of four students to proceed.
  4. The CFP reserves the right to reject a student’s application for any reason, including if a course is already full/less than 4 students or the course is not currently available. If the CFP has already received your payment, the Service Provider will refund payment in full after providing notice.
  5. The course runs for a period of ten weeks. The starting date and end date are on your invoice.
  6. If the CFP cancels the course on or before its scheduled commencement date and the Service Provider has already received your payment, the Service Provider will refund the payment in full.
  7. If the CFP cancels the course during the term due to low student attendance or other circumstances, the Service Provider will refund the full amount of cancelled lessons.
  8. If the student does not complete the course within its stated timeframe, the student’s enrolment will expire without any refund.

Make-up Lesson Conditions (for group classes)

  1. If the student is unable to attend a group lesson, a make-up lesson may be available if the student provides notice of their non-attendance 24 hours before the scheduled lesson date.
  2. A make-up lesson will be arranged into a relatively level group class if there is a seat available. (RSVP required)
  3. Or use CFP’s recorded audio lesson for revision and book a free 10 minutes catch up lessons.
  4. Arrange a make-up private lesson at a discount rate.
  5. There is a maximum of two make-up lessons per term for group students.
  6. All unused make-up lessons will be forfeited at the end of the course term and no credit or refunds will be given.

Make-up Lesson Conditions (for private classes and semi-private classes)

  1. For private lessons and semi-private lessons, all cancellations must be made a minimum 48 hours in advance by email or phone call to the teacher. A make-up lesson will be arranged with a stated time frame. No credit or refunds will be given for the cancelled private lesson.
  2. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the lesson will be charged in full and the cancellation will count as a used lesson.
  3. All unused make-up lessons will be forfeited at the end of the course term and no credit or refunds will be given.
